Returns
At Kickzone, we offer you the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unworn and in its original packaging.
Steps for returns:
- Complete the return form (downloadable via this link ).
- Pack the product securely and send it to the specified address
- Please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Important information:
- Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- We will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days.
